If you already have an Account, then go directly to your account to manage an existing loan or make a new loan.

If you do not have an Account, please read the following Guidelines Concerning Opening an Account.

Guidelines Concerning Opening an Account

From your Account you may purchase and monitor multiple loans.  If you have more than one legal entity through which you will lend money, you may open a profile for each legal entity.  For instance, you may open a profile for "Real Estate Investment Fund No. 1, LLC", "Real Estate Investment Fund No. 2, LLC", "Real Estate Investment Fund No. 3, LLC", etc… You can then monitor the activity for each entity.

After opening your account, CTP will contact you to discuss your investment objectives. Upon approval you will be given complete access to the site and will be able to purchase Deeds of Trust.
